Lot 58

Back-in lot with 12 x 12 Gazebo, comfortable patio furniture, lighting, bar counter , bar stools, separate raised deck with dining table chairs and umbrella, it also features zen garden. Walking distance to the Clubhouse, pool, spa and the laundry room. Come and enjoy the life on the lake .

Lot 64

Easy pull in site beautiful lake view and shaded.
Lot 64 includes 12 x 20 Gazebo with lights on a 350 sq ft deck which includes a table and six chairs, 2 bar height tables and 4 bar stools, a pathway leading to a common area.
It is short walk to the pool, hot tub, dog park and the docks.
Boat ramp and docks available.

Lot 15

Lot 15 is a little hidden gem. Its location on the back row offers ease of entry in and out of the site, but offers impressive views over the resort and onto the lake. Included in the rental are use of all amenities on the lot. Amenities include gas grill, gazebo, outdoor seating, fire pit, and umbrella.

Lot 80

One of the largest premier lots in the resort, Lot 80 has a 360-degree view of the resort, a 240-degree elevated view of Lake Greenwood and the resort’s clubhouse, pool, and docks, and is on a very quiet short side lane off the main road around the resort. Many enhancements have been added to this beautiful lot.
Despite having a concrete pad capable of handling a 45’ motorcoach, 2 vehicles and a golf cart, an extra 12’ feet of concrete pad was added onto the rear of the original pad and a 12’x14’ Yardistry gazebo, complete with a slatted privacy/sun/wind wall, a bar, a fan, and three wind-down shades on the rear, front and lake side of the lot. An additional 1 ½ feet of concrete was added to the left side of the pad and a retaining wall with a French drain behind it was built from the road to the power pedestal, and a lower landscape brick wall built from the pedestal to the gazebo in the rear of the lot. A drip sprinkler system ensures that the plantings on the left side remain healthy. Town water was piped from the front of the lot to the gazebo area and provides three 3’ high spigots. Electric power has been run from the pedestal to near the gazebo area. Rubber covers have been placed over the road gutter to prevent windshields torquing and breaking when entering/exiting the lot. Patio furniture is already under the gazebo. Beyond the gazebo, a large grassy area extends to the rear of the lot, bordered on the left and rear by mature shrubs.
Sunsets across Lake Greenwood are some of the best that can be seen and other owners have joined us because of the lot’s spectacular view of both sunsets and 4th of July fireworks.

Lot 40

Lot 40 is a back in site gives a view of the lake and sunset from the front window. On the drivers side of the coach you have a view of the pool and on the passenger side you have a view of the resort and your lot.
This lot comes complete with:
12 x 12 gazebo with 4 coolaroo shades, ceiling fan, heater and table with 6 chairs for entertaining.
Bar height table and two chairs at the front of the lot to enjoy your coffee or evening drink while enjoying the lake views
Two large umbrellas that have lighting on the inside
There is newly poured concrete to the rear of the lot that is surrounded by bushes for extra privacy
This lot is close to the club house, outdoor bathrooms and pool and jacuzzi

Boat Slip

Daily use of boat slip while staying at Lake Greenwood Motorcoach Resort. You must have a reservation to use a boat slip. A work camper will show you the assigned slip upon your arrival. You must be staying at the resort to use the boat launch and slips.

Hillside

The hillside lot is located just outside of the resort and can be reserved for 5th wheels, travel trailers, and any type of motorized RV. The lot has 50AMP service, water, and sewer. It features a large grassy area between the parking pad and Lake Greenwood with beautiful views of the lake and resort. The parking pad is gravel.

Rental includes access to the resort amenities.

This is the only lot that 5th wheels, travel trailers, Class C, or Class B RVs can stay on.

Lot 52

Pull in lot wit with Gazebo, sun screens, table, chairs. Three gas heaters, and a 1 minute walk to the club house, 2 minutes to the dock.

All sites are oversized and include:

  • Reinforced concrete pads as large as 65’ X 18’ X 6”
  • Full hook-ups with 50-amp service
  • All lots accommodate large Class A & Super C Motorhomes
  • Access to many resort amenities

Pets must be on leash at all times and owners and pets must obey all park rules. Maximum 2 pets per site. Pick up after your pets! Any balance remaining on your account will be charged to the credit card on file 48 hours prior to your arrival.

 Terms of Reservation:

  • Your reservation is not complete until the invoice is paid.
  • Reservations should be paid within 48 hours.
  • Cancellations 15 or more days prior to arrival receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival receive a 50% refund.
  • Management reserves the right to change sites to another site in the same category.
  • Check-in 1:00 p.m. (No arrivals after dark, please plan accordingly.)
  • Check-out 11:00 a.m.
  • No dog kennels or fences on the lot. Please use the off leash dog park between sites 8 and 9.
  • Limit 2 pets per site.
  • No free standing flags and flags cannot block another sites view.
  • The pool, spa, laundry, outdoor kitchen, bathrooms and shower on the pool deck are open to all owners and renters.
  • The pool and spa are open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • The Clubhouse is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
