At Lake Greenwood Motorcoach Resort, we LOVE our renters! If you are not ready to buy and want to visit, we would be delighted to make your acquaintance.

Please note the following:

We are class A and select Super C resort. No other types of RVs are allowed in the resort. Because of the terracing and directions of the roads and site, all non lot owner coaches must be escorted to their site.

Terms of Reservations:

• Your reservation is not complete until the invoice is paid
• 50% deposit is due at booking and balance is due 14 days before arrival
• Cancellations 15 or more days prior to arrival receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival receive a 50% refund
• No refunds on or after check-in day
• Management reserves the right to change sites to another site with similar amenities/features
• Check-in 1:00PM (No arrivals after dark, please plan accordingly)
• Check-out 11:00am
• No dog kennels or fences on the lot. Please use the off leash dog park between sites 8 and 9
• Limit 2 pets per site
• No free standing flags and flags cannot block another sites view
• The pool and spa are open from 10:00am to 10:00pm
• The clubhouse is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm for renter use
