With only 84 total sites, we are one of the most prestigious Class A Resorts in the nation and being one of the few resorts on a large lake with lake access makes LGMR truly rare. The resort is a perfect mix of luxury resort life and lake life. All sites include up to a 65’ X 18’ X 6” reinforced concrete pad on a generously sized lot. Owners have access to boat ramp & docks, secured boat storage, clubhouse, heated pool and spa (the pool is open from May 1 to October 1). LGMR is open Year Round for your Enjoyment and with mild winters is used as much in the winter as in the summer.
What is the Price of Paradise?
At Lake Greenwood Motorcoach Resort, lot pricing varies with location and amenities. Each lot owner is responsible for quarterly dues of $680, property taxes, electricity and water. Resort amenities include advanced StarLink internet to each lot, fenced dog park, heated pool (May-October), spa, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, book library, DVD library, cozy gathering room with fireplace, dining area with fireplace, fitness equipment, laundry facility, boat ramp, boat docks, secure boat storage and green spaces for enjoyment.
The resort was fully developed in 2008. All developer lots have been sold, leaving only owner resale lots available. All lots have concrete, full hook-ups and mature landscaping. Some lots have been further developed and may include shade shelters, decks, expanded patios, furniture, and even outdoor kitchens (all enhancements subject to architectural approval).
Lots in the rental pool receive 60% of the revenue collected.
